Paperless Billing

Go green and exchange your monthly paper statement for a paperless version. Simply set up your account through Payment Service Network (PSN), HBPW's designated third-party payment processing company and register for the service. You will receive an email when your statement is ready to view.

By Mail or in Person

You can mail your payment in the self-addressed envelope provided with your bill. Please make sure to include your full account number and phone number. You may also pay in person using a check, money order or cash at our HBPW Service Center located at 625 Hastings Ave. Holland, MI. This is a free service!

You can now pay your HBPW bill at two local retailers in Holland. These are cash only transactions and payment generally comes to HBPW the next business day if paid by 6 p.m. the previous day. Fees are dictated by the retailer and range from $1-2.

Budget Billing

Budget billing is a monthly plan that allows you to pay your utility bill in equal monthly payments throughout the year. You may budget your billing with any of the available HBPW payment methods.

*This plan does require a customer to have 12 months of utility history and good accounts standing to enroll. Additional conditions apply. Please call 355.1500 for details.
